Refund & Cancellation Policy
Effective: March 6, 2026
This policy applies to all subscriptions to the Mitra AI tutoring service operated by Mitra AI (Business Registration No. 332-06-03605).
1. Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time through the parent portal or by contacting support@mitratutor.com. There is no minimum subscription period or cancellation fee.
2. When Cancellation Takes Effect
Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Your child will continue to have full access to the service until that date.
3. Cooling-Off Period (7-Day Full Refund)
You may request a full refund within 7 days of your most recent payment date. If you cancel within this period, the full payment amount will be refunded automatically.
4. Refunds After 7 Days
After the 7-day cooling-off period, cancellation stops future charges. Your child retains access until the end of the current billing period. No partial refund is issued for the remainder of a monthly billing cycle.
If a technical failure prevents service delivery for more than 72 consecutive hours, contact support@mitratutor.com within 7 days of the incident to request a refund.
