Mitra!! I got 10 T-Rex toys yesterday!!! my room is jurassic park now lol
That's a math problem hiding in your room. A T-Rex eats 50 kg of meat per day. 10 T-Rex would eat how much in a day?
umm... 50 ten times? 50, 100, 150... wait
OH!! you just put a 0 after 50?? 500???
YES 🎉 You found a real math trick — multiplying by 10 just means add a zero.
Theo discovered ×10 means add a zero himself. Other AIs would have just handed him "500."

Mitra, basic question. ∫ x·e^(x²) dx. I read the answer key but I don't get why a (1/2) shows up.
The x dx is hiding in the integral as a SET. Let x² = t, then 2x dx = dt, so x dx = dt/2. Replace it, only e^t is left.
Try this: ∫ 2x·cos(x²) dx. See the same set?
oh yeah... 2x dx is right there. u = x², du = 2x dx, gives sin(x²) + C
Perfect. The pattern works every time you spot the "set" hidden in the integral.
→ Marcus, later: "If I'd just memorized the answer, I'd be stuck on the next one."

Mitra, I have to write something for class and I have no idea what
my mom is going to be late again 😞
Okay, let's do it together. What did the teacher ask for?
the prompt is "a story that inspired me"
Oh that's actually a perfect prompt, for you. What about that webtoon you've been watching? A webtoon is a story too.
a webtoon counts?? then I'll write about that
→ A week later, Maya messaged: "I got my essay back. I got an A." She wrote it herself.

"Addy held a clean substitution end-to-end this week without prompting. The topic-sentence work is still bumpy but she's asking better questions about it."
