Terms of Service

Effective: March 6, 2026

These Terms of Service govern your use of the Mitra AI tutoring service operated by Mitra AI (Business Registration No. 332-06-03605), a company registered in the Republic of Korea.

1. Service Description

Mitra provides AI-powered tutoring for middle and high school students delivered via messaging platforms (WhatsApp, Telegram, KakaoTalk). Sessions are conducted by an AI system and are not a substitute for licensed educational or therapeutic services.

2. Eligibility

The Service is intended for students aged 12–18. Enrollment requires a parent or legal guardian to complete registration and provide verifiable consent on behalf of the student.

3. Subscription and Payment

The Service is billed monthly. Current pricing is displayed on the enrollment page. Payment is processed through our payment partners (KakaoPay, Naver Pay, Toss Payments, Eximbay).

4. Cancellation and Refunds

You may cancel at any time. Full refund is available within 7 days of payment. After 7 days, cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. See our full Refund Policy.

5. Acceptable Use

Users agree not to submit harmful or illegal content, attempt to manipulate the AI system, or share access credentials with others.

6. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is." Mitra AI makes no warranties regarding academic outcomes. Our liability is limited to the amount paid in the most recent billing period.

7. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify enrolled users by email at least 7 days before material changes take effect.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Seoul, Korea.
